For this card I started with my image stamped in SU! Pacific Blue ink on white card stock. Then I inked the edges with red ink and matted it on blue card stock then used my gold marker to ink the edges. Next I matted that on red card stock. Then I took my SU! Sweet Stars wheel and stamped that in Riding Hood Red ink on white card stock. I then inked that with blue and matted it on red card stock. Net I cut a piece of blue card stock to 4" x 5 1/4" and used my gold marker to ink the edges of that piece. Then I glued down my matted pieces on the blue card stock. I then wrapped a piece of thin red ribbon around the lower portion of the blue card stock and ran it through a metal star. (The metal start was silver but I used my gold marker to "paint" it gold.) I then glued that entire piece to the center of my red A2 card base.
I also made the inside to match. I thought it would be a great way to thank a soldier. Here's what the inside looks like :
